    Individual Psychotherapy—Brief and Long term

There are a number of reasons for a person to seek individual therapy. Talking to a trained professional can provide solutions and strategies that you may not have considered, or even knew existed.

    Couples Counseling

Do you feel like your relationship is at a standstill? Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument loop every night? Do you feel like you and your partner are drifting away? Do you desire more intimacy between you and your partner?

    Family Therapy

Families suffering from the pain and devastation of addictions and compulsions in the family system can heal with the support and guidance of a trained family therapist. All ages are welcome.

    Group Therapy

We currently offer Groups for Sexual Compulsive Behavior and Groups for Partners of Sexual Compulsives. Contact us for the current schedule.

    Trauma-Based Therapy & EMDR Treatment

People who have lasting trauma of a situation or event live with deep emotional pain, fear, confusion, or posttraumatic stress far after the event has passed. The support, guidance, and assistance of a therapist is fundamental to healing from trauma.

    Sexual Addiction Therapy

We work with addict/sexual compulsive clients to regain control over their thoughts and behaviors, and with spouses and partners of sexual addicts to reduce the fear, anxiety, pain and anger they feel as a result of this life-altering discovery.

When to Refer to Our Program

    • Clients may self-refer at any time.

    • Helping professionals refer when a person is harming themselves with sexual behavior, food, money mismanagement, cutting, problematic or out of control behaviors and/or thoughts

    • Mood disturbance increases to the point of compromised quality of life

    • Trauma impairs the ability to experience peace, joy, pleasure.

    • Depression or anxiety as a result of an accident, assault or other life-threatening event

    • Relationships become problematic

    • When someone experiences a life or personal crisis

    • When there has been the discovery or disclosure of compulsive acting out by family member or partner

Our therapists respect the relationship between client and therapist. Clients are often referred to our practice for adjunct therapy. Our therapists consult with the referring therapists, becoming part of the treatment team.
