  • Courtney Gable, MA, NCC, CYT

    Courtney Gable (she/her) has over 20 years of experience working in the field of wellness.

    Courtney holds a master’s degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from La Salle University, received a BFA from Tisch School of the Arts, NYU, is a Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT), a registered Experienced Yoga teacher with The Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

    Courtney is NCC certified, working towards state licensure (LPC).

    Her therapeutic approach blends ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Systems (family and internal family), Somatics, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. Work is compassionate and kind, through a trauma-based and harm reduction lens.

    Courtney’s inclusive work focuses on: Helping people to feel safe, and to feel seen and valued for who they are, wherever they are; those struggling with chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, depression and anxiety; phobias, racing thoughts, crossroads and upheaval; as well as Body Image, with a specific focus on Body Neutrality and Health at Every Size (HAES) – all with mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance.

    Courtney is currently a fellow at IPI, earning her Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider Certification. She has taken multiple courses on Psychedelics, Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness, Ketamine and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), through Voyage Healing in Philadelphia, Fluence, the Psychedelic Support Network and others.
